Hi Reader, One of the reasons I created the Veggies Save The Day Membership was to help answer a question that comes up all the time: What should I serve with this? The Member Library includes complete vegan menus that bring together recipes from my site into full meal ideas, with prep tips, easy extras, and printable guides. Right now, members can access menus like Italian Night, Greek-Inspired Dinner, Taco Night, and a No-Cook Summer Dinner. I’m also working on more menus for summer, make-ahead meals, and the holiday season. Membership also includes ad-free browsing on Veggies Save The Day, plus my bonus eBook, A Block of Tofu, 12 Delicious Ways. The recipes on my site will continue to be free with ads. The membership is simply an optional way to browse without ads and get extra menu-planning help.

Hi Reader, Over the weekend I went to the farmers market and picked up some beautiful tomatoes and bread. So naturally, I’m turning them into a full summer menu: 🍅 Tomato Avocado Toast for breakfast 🍅 Sourdough Panzanella for lunch 🍅 Spanish Gazpacho for dinner Simple and exactly what I want to eat when tomatoes are at their best.
