🍲 vegan wild rice soup

Hi Reader,

Even though we eat soup year round in my house, when October rolls around, I start to crave it even more.

One of our favorites is Vegan Wild Rice Soup, inspired by the Minnesota classic.

While I originally created this recipe for the Instant Pot, you can easily make it on the stove if you don't have one.

Megan gave it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and said, "Wholesome, warm and beyond expectations. A forever addition in our home! Thank you so much."

In case you missed it...last month I released a new eBook about a vegan Mediterranean diet lifestyle that was part of the Thrive Bundle.

Since the discounted price of that bundle is no longer available, I've decided to offer the eBook to you for a limited time, and you can choose your own price! Simply enter $1 or more at checkout.

I'm not sure how long I will offer this deal, and once I get around to adding the new eBook to the website, it will be sold at full price. So grab it for $1 (or the price you are willing to pay) while you can!

Bowl of hummus.

Hi Reader, Recently I was reviewing my finances and discovered how much money I was spending on store-bought hummus. It seemed ridiculous since not only is it easy to make at home in minutes, I always have all the ingredients on hand in my kitchen. So while I was making a batch, I figured it was about time I share my recipe for simple traditional hummus. To make it all you'll need is canned chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Get the recipe for Homemade Classic Hummus...

Bowl of garlic herb vegan yogurt sauce.

Hi Reader, Last week, I put together an easy dinner on a whim. A green veg like green beans or asparagus would have been a great choice, too,...
