📌 the health event I never miss

Hi Reader,

I’m looking forward to this year’s free Food Revolution Summit because the topics feel particularly meaningful to me right now.

I’m especially interested in episode 1 about Alzheimer’s and brain health since my dad was recently diagnosed.

I’m also looking forward to episode 8 about longevity and the Blue Zones. I love the connection between nourishing our bodies and caring for the planet.

I’ve watched this docuseries for years, and this may be the strongest speaker lineup I’ve seen yet.

The summit runs April 22 through April 29, and it’s free to watch during the live event.

If this sounds interesting to you too, you can save your free seat here:

Hi Reader, While sugar snap peas are delicious raw, a quick saute brings out their sweetness while keeping plenty of crunch. Sauteed sugar snap peas with garlic and tamari are an Asian-inspired side dish that's ready in about 10 minutes.
