A California-meets-Mediterranean mashup, Greek chickpea salad swaps out the feta for creamy cubes of avocado.

In addition, it's loaded with juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and briny Kalamata olives, tossed together in a simple vinaigrette seasoned with dried oregano.
