🥑 plant-based challenge

Hi Reader,

I love joining challenges when I'm craving motivation to get back into healthy habits.

My friend Kim Murphy (certified plant-based health coach and founder of Simply Plant Based Kitchen), hosts a FREE 4-day challenge called the Plant-Based Beginner's Bootcamp that I really enjoyed the last time she offered it.

While she calls it a "beginner's bootcamp" it's really for everyone, like those who are thinking about starting a plant-based diet AND people who want to get back on track with their healthy eating.

In this free challenge that starts November 3, you’ll have access to live daily classes and cooking demos.

And don’t worry, there are replays available each day if you can’t join live.

Love and Veggies,

Amy

P.S. Know a friend or family member who may be interested in joining the free challenge? Please forward this email to them!

I was shocked and scared by the news. Thankfully I discovered what I was doing wrong when it came to my food choices thanks to experts like Brenda Davis, RD, and my...

Bowl of vegetable rice soup garnished with parsley.

Hi Reader, I came down with a cold recently, and nothing hit the spot like a steamy bowl of my vegetable rice soup. It's brothy, gentle, and exactly what I want when I’m not at 100 percent. The best part is the rice cooks right in the pot with the veggies, so it’s truly minimal effort. I made a double batch and froze the extra so future me is ready when someone in the house is under the weather. Get the recipe for Vegetable Rice Soup Love and Veggies, Amy
