Hi Reader,

With all my Thanksgiving planning, my goal until the big day is to make dinners as easy as possible.

That's why I'm turning to recipes like Vegan Black Bean Chili.

I usually have all the ingredients on hand, and most of them come from the pantry and spice drawer.

Plus one-pot dishes that are ready in 30 minutes (and maybe provide leftovers for lunch the next day) are my kind of comfort food. 😋
